"The staff were lovely, however we had to change rooms as there was an event on upstairs and we could hear absolutely everything. The walls are thin in this building! "

"Highly recommend this hotel. Very clean, spacious room (deluxe double), lots of choice for breakfast and loved their lobby bar for a chilled out drink after walking all day. Close enough to all the sights (15 min walk to the old town) with a great Dutch bar opposite for lovely food and cheap drinks. Traveller tip - make sure you use the uber taxis outside the airport (machine just before the exit if you haven’t got the app), don’t get in the unauthorised taxis - double the price."
"The room was modern and clean and the maid service was great. The buffet breakfast was outstanding with a mix of American and European options. We also enjoyed the mini-bar. Our server at the bar was friendly and helpful. Front desk staff was also friendly and accommodating. "
Don Giovanni Hotel Prague - Great Hotels of the World
10/10 Excellent
"This hotel has been one of my favourites to stay in. Have told everyone about it and recommended it to anyone going to Prague. From the location right next door to the Metro station, to the beautiful hotel itself it does not disappoint.
The reception staff are amazing, especially a lady with brown hair - I didn’t catch her name but she will remember us as my husband wore shorts the whole trip! She was so friendly, helpful and polite and really helped to make our stay. Thank you!
The surprise little gifts on welcome and on leaving were a beautiful touch, as were the bottles of free water. The breakfast was amazing. If you couldn’t find something to eat here there is a serious problem. There really is everything catered for. Hot food, cereal, fruit, pastries, cakes, gluten free. All tasted amazing as well.
We loved the piano playing in the main entrance and sat and had a drink in the bar/cafe area when we first arrived as we were early. And loved hearing it piped around the hotel too.
The hotel was spotless, very clean, and the beds were so comfy. Got some of the best sleep in years here.
My only wish is you had more of these around the world as I would stay with you every time! Thanks for an amazing stay. "
"I really loved this property. The gothic like style of the building, the large bedrooms, how quiet it was, the cleanliness, the really helpful and friendly staff, and the really delicious restaurant. "
