The staff was exceptional and very helpful. Left something in the room and the staff member without hesitation went to the room and found what I left and had it at the front desk. The room was clean and ample parking.

The room was great and staff was friendly. My issue was at checkout. I stayed for a week for work but need to extended for an additional week. My daughter and her car was in the room with me. I paid an additional fee for her car. When I extended my stay, no I did no check out and book a different room, I extended my stay in the same room, they charged me an additional pet fee and another “incidentals” fee. As if I checked out and requested a different room but I didn’t.

I was pleasantly surprised with every aspect of my stay Sparks by Hilton, especially the price. My only complaints, which isn’t much in the grand scheme of things, is they don’t provide cups (plastic or otherwise) in the room and for a newly refurbished property, the toilet was small, low to the ground and seemed older. I will definitely be staying there again. The location is ideal for the area.

Super clean, clean and minimalist aesthetic (nice). Very friendly cleaning staff and very accommodating. I liked the little free breakfast they have. It's very convenient. Free coffeeAll day long, but it's pretty good. There's quite a few choices from boiled eggs to fresh fruit and cereal and different granola and bagels and muffins and so forth. The rooms are quiet and it's wintertime, so the warmth really was nice. Everyone is very helpful here and your stay is easy because of this.

I have stayed here several times now and this last time during a snowstorm. The staff was so helpful and kind, and the little continental breakfast is nice to have. The cleaning this is my favorite though. Everything is just done right here. It's soothing to walk into the room and it lasts for the whole stay.It's really a very special place.
