「Everything was great with two exceptions ice machines should be on every floor, my wife had her shoulder replaced and getting ice on the first floor from the fifth floor was a chore. 「Location is great as access is very easy. Was unable to connect to the internet which was a problem. Breakfast was good, room was a little dated, but slept comfortably. Probably would not stay at this location if we ever would return to New Bern, NC.」

「Not a great experience- we will not return. Location of property not where we expected- would select a room located in town with walking distance to shops and sites next time. Access to property difficult. Climate control of overall property hallways and room had a damp feel in the air. King bed was lumpy. Toilet ran extremely slowly after a flush and was basically non-functioning - ick. Use of first floor public restroom as a back up was equally disappointing as that area was filthy - no one...
