「We wish we could have stayed longer! Stayed in Sisley and it was great. A little chilly, but the comfortor was good quality. Felt like staying at a nice mom/grandma house...nicely decorated and comfy. Would stay here again if we are in Santa Cruz longer. 」
"**Disappointing Stay at Marriott**
I recently stayed at this hotel and was disappointed. The first room that I stayed had persistent air conditioning issues and disturbing noises, which made resting difficult. After a frustrating room change, I was given the wrong key when trying to retrieve my adapter, and the staff didn't acknowledge the inconvenience.
As a loyal Marriott guest, this experience fell far below expectations and I never got a apology from the hotel."
