Nettlebed Vacations

"We arrived tired after a very long walk and whilst not particularly coherent, the staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable and welcomed. We felt like locals within 5 minutes (especially from Jonathan) and cannot thank the team enough for how easy they made our stay. We plan to return for dinner when more awake so we can fully enjoy the setting, menu and atmosphere. Thank you so much to all the team for being so accommodating!"

"It could be a lovely hotel if the staff smiled and had a clue what was going on. There was a lovely and friendly lady on reception, and one of the waiter serving in the evening was friendly, as was one of the bar staff (Josh). Everyone else seemed a bit surprised to have guests, and the women working at the bar weee positively rude in their demeanour. It could definitely do with an injection of cash to update it. "Excellent value for money with breakfast included. The bed linen was fresh and clean and generally clean but slidiing door to ensuite was very hand marked, the window sill needed a good wipe and lower part of large mirror a better clean. For the price and general overall experience of the stay these would just be areas I would focus on. "
