「The location is perfect, the pool and bar/restaurant make it feel like an all inclusive hotel. Access to the beach is so convenient my family and I really enjoyed our time!」

「Everyone and Everything was excellent. Extremely clean. At one point it smelled in the hallway on second floor as if a customer had smoked marijuana in the room. The staff put an air purifier in the hall and it made a great difference. This was my first time staying in an AC hotel and I love it. It has become one of my favorites.」

「The facility was clean and was updated, I didn't realize that you had to ask for pots and pans and cooking utensils. They could have more than 1 handle in the room .I am not sure I like the open shelf system for clothes, I prefer a dresser. Its close to airport but not to loud.Overall great place.」

「Quick check in and out. It was in a great area surrounded by other hotels and only about 15 mins from downtown Jax. The free breakfast wasn’t the best, but it was free so it is what it is. I used the ice machine way more and it makes pretty good ice, ha. Overall, the room was nice enough. The bathroom shower could have been cleaner but the bed was super comfy and firm.」

「Hotel was quiet and clean. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Only complaint would be variety at breakfast, but what was there was good, not rubbery or undercooked. I enjoyed my 5 day stay close to the base, shopping and restaurants.」

「Ants, broken vent fans, pool closed most every time I checked and finding out the hotel was overbooked after a 1200 mile trip created a lot of stress... I can say the staff was helpful and we were moved to another room of which only had one bed where temp beds had to be moved in for my children. Would I stay again, absolutely not but it was decent for what it was.」

「This is where I prefer to stay on my visits home. Staff was amazing! Beds are perfect. I have trouble sleeping thru the night, when home. I slept thru the night, and even napped thru the thunderstorm during the afternoon.」

「Our stay was good! Breakfast was yummy. Only issue was since it’s an older hotel the hot water was down in the too but we only stayed for one night.」
