Way over priced! We paid $200/night for what felt worth only $90 a night. The front desk/breakfast room is in a separate building and all the rooms are motel style exterior entrances, which was not convenient on a rainy night arrival. The pool is in a third separate building as well. We could hear our upstairs neighbors every time they walked across their room. You can tell they've tried to update things, but the bathrooms do not have exhaust fans, only little windows you have to open. The window sill was full of mold. There is a ton of parking if you happen to have a giant Uhaul or semi.

We are an older facility and we have tried to upgrade the best we can. Our owners have put 100's and 1000's of dollars into the improvements. Many of the issues you have described are WAAAYYY beyond my control and our owners have done the best they can to improve the property. I will check into the windowsill issue, but our maintenance men work tirelessly to make sure we don't have these issues. I am so sorry your stay with us was not up to your expectations. Met our needs in terms of comfort and access, with friendly service as well. Don’t know if there is a way to the second floor other than stairs. Our room was near some utility making noise. We would stay again.

It is very clean and although the building looks a little dated, the room we were in looks recently renovated and freshly painted. The bed was comfortable and the staff friendly

Love that rooms (at least with pets) have non carpeted rooms. This seems to allow rooms to be cleaner, smell fresher than carpeted rooms. Well insulated rooms .. only slight noise heard from upstairs neighbors. AC unit/heat worked very well and not horribly noisy. We will definitely stay here next time we are through Nephi!

Loved the staff & the original oatmeal. Thank you. I was concerned about the toilet flushing fully. Otherwise, comfortable beds after driving long hours and being not very young. Staff, fantastic customer service. Thank you again for making a hard trip family wise, a bit easier.

The pet room had hardwood floors and was very clean and clean smelling! Best Western knows how to accommodate its pet guests AND the pets' owners, unlike some other hotels that have carpeting in their pet rooms and which stink of urine and just feel filthy! The room was very comfortable and nice. The staff person was kind.
