"Buenísimo, excelente zona, segura, concurrida, pero sin ruido, cerca de restaurantes, centros comerciales, etc. El hotel muy lindo, limpio, personal amable, desayuno delicioso, habitación cómoda y muy completa, me quedé en la más pequeña, en las fotos se ve poco espacio, pero está muy bien acomodado así que puedes moverte cómodamente. Un excelente hotel, muy recomendado."

"The room and staff were great. But three things will probably keep me from staying there again: Cleaning crew practices Location Building design The first three mornings we were woke up EARLY by the cleaning crew vacuuming next door. WHY would you have the maids vacuuming at 7:30 in the morning next to a room you KNOW is occupied? Especially with a vacuum that sounds like a jet engine? And the location is far from ANYTHING you want to see in Bogota And Ive never seen any design to a hotel worse than this one. You cannot pull up to the front door. Its on the side of the building away from the street up STEPS! The other entrance is like a grarage area with a steep ramp. When we arrived we had to pull 5 suitcases up this steep ramp. No one around to help. And each time we came back to the hotel none of the taxi drivers knew where to drop us off at because there is no front entrance"

"Se nota que cambiaron de administracion. El desayuno es casi a cuenta gotas, además que es en el sotano. El control del TV no funcionaba bien y nunca lo arreglaron. Ya no hay nada de minibar en la habitacion. Dicen que tienen unos bares y ahora es completamente diferente. La verdad la calidad precio no es la mejor. Esta es mi última vez en este hotel. Se ve que se esta deterirando la propiedad físicamente. Cables sueltos en el elevador, puerta dañadas, satanas con manches.."

"Stefanie was incredibly helpful. She always greeted us with a smile and went above and beyond to ensure our questions were answered. Property does not have air conditioning but the hotel temp was well managed. Hotel has a small gym but no pool. Complimentary breakfast was healthy and had lots of variety."
