「Robbed while sleeping. Luckily not attacked or hurt. During a business trip in January 2026, I was robbed while asleep of phones, laptop, ID, wallet, drivers license. Everything. Forced access through the sliding door. No CCTV cameras, no monitoring. Think twice if you're planning a trip (business or pleasure) or you're bring international guests. No compensation from this 5 star rated hotel.」

「The rooms are clean but the property has deteriorated since we stayed less than two years ago. No kitchen service or breakfast available. First room we were assigned was missing the toilet seat! We were quickly moved to another room but this should have been fixed before the room was made available to rent. The staff were helpful. We won’t book this place next time unfortunately.」
