A fabulous location close to multiple train stations and places to eat. The room was large and provided heaps of space for a family of 3 and 3 large suitcases. I asked for a room away from the train line. You can still hear the trains but it’s ok. I really loved everything about this hotel, the location, restaurants and it was super clean and a washer/dryer is a bonus when travelling. Will definitely stay here again when in Tokyo.

Good area, close to ginza and convenient stores nearby and walking distance.. about 5-7 minute walk to train stations. The only con were the beds and futons which were very uncomfortable and seemed outdated. The staff were very friendly and attentive.

"This is a beautiful hotel & we loved the facilities the hotel had. The only downside is location. While it’s right near a train station making it easy to travel around, there is not much do around the hotel that is walking distance. For a family with teenage boys it would have been nice to have shops ..."
