"My family stayed here for 6 nights. The hotel is very clean and the housekeeping service is some of the best I’ve ever experienced. The front desk and concierge staff are very welcoming and personable. The doormen could have been a little more friendly and attentive with opening doors. Great perks to entice guests to use their restaurants on a daily basis. The hotel is easy walking distance to Quincy Market, harbor, North End, Chinatown, and other downtown destinations. Staff at Fin Point restaurant was top notch and the food was really good. I would definitely stay here again."

"The staff was very helpful and friendly. We arrived very early and the family tagged our bags and put them in the office. We had a city view room and it was great! Very clean and looked newly updated. Had a mini frig but no coffee maker. Also the one and only ice machine is in the basement which smelled terrible. Really cool building and had a great stay. Definitely recommend. It's only one block from Long Wharf and the New England Aquarium,, Quincy Market and Faneuli Hall."
