「Sehr zuvorkommender Service, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Viele zusätzliche Annehmlichkeiten im Zimmer, wie Badeschuhe und Ohrenstöbsel. Kühlschrank mit Getränken incl. Wein und Sekt vorhanden und bezahlbar. Beim Frühstück wurde nach Nachfrage alles gebracht, ob Hafermilch, oder weiches Ei. 」

「Everything is very good, the staff is super nice. The disadvantages of this hotel would be there is no elevator (so will have to carry luggage on the stairs) and the shower head is a bit too old and not clean.」

「I never could reach my room and had to pay for another hotel elsewhere. There was no one at reception, no one answered the phone, and I never received an email from hotel with my check-in instructions or room number (I did check my spam folder). I put my confirmation number in the hotel website form for troubleshooting reservations, but it stated that my reservation could not be found. Very frustrating. I want my money back. 」

「Great hotel. Stayed here overnight to visit the nearby Sinsheim Technik Museum. The hotel is located a short walk from the train station and near to local cafes, bars and shops. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and the free breakfast had a great selection. The hotel restaurant was really good and well priced. I loved my stay here and would definitely stay again.」
