Perfect location for a stay in the Altstadt. The beer is so fresh and unique and the rooms are comfortable and clean. I would recommend for anyone wanting to explore Heidelberg. I'll be back.

Horrible hair dryer. have to push a button. For me it took over an hour. finger so sore. i have thick curly hair to blow dry. no full length mirror annoying. i am 5 feet tall very hard with glasses -7 to reach mirror in bathroom. The floors need to be refinished. Room 118. no phone no usb to charge. Over priced for quality. hard bed. It was close to castle and old town walk around. Restaurant. next to it expensive but worth it. Staff super friendly. We had no wifi. couldnt plan our trip for rest of week. they didn offer the town free wifi found out about later. i would choose different next time the cost 223 canadian. just not worth it. lots of stairs.

The room was too warm, the bathroom cold and we could hardly open the windows to get fresh air cause of noise directly under our windows until 2.00 a.m. and from 7.00 a.m. Saturday. The window doesn’t function as well. Hard night!

Wir hatten alles in allem einen tollen Aufenthalt! Lediglich das Zimmer im 3. OG Altbau bin den vielen Stufen und engen Treppen sind für einen Koffer doch recht schwierig umzusetzen. Des Weiteren war während des Frühstücks leider nur eine. Servicekraft zugegen. Diese war leider, aufgrund der Masse an Gästen, komplett überfordert. Deswegen gab es leider keinen Kaffee zum Frühstück. Aber trotz dieser Punkte war das Personal immer freundlich, die Zimmer waren sauber und wir würden dem Hotel wahrscheinlich noch einmal eine Chance - außerhalb der Schlossbeleuchtung - geben!

Ein Brett als Bett😁

Für mich war die Matratze viel zu hart, praktisch ein Brett. Ich hatte auch kein Zimmer in der Kulturbrauerei sondern in ein komplett anderen Gebäude in einer anderen Straße. Im Sommer mag das evtl. noch ok sein….. Preis/Leistung für mich nicht wirklich ok. Prinzipiell aber Sauber und freundlich. Positiv: mitten in der Altstadt.

Avoid staying in their annex.

Started badly with confusion over parking availability, when none was available we were directed to a car park that had closed over a year ago. Main issue was that our room was in an annex, the building being another hotel that had closed. Although the room was pleasant, the entrance and stairway was dark, dismal and depressing. I would only stay here if the room allocated was in their main building.

Super beliggenhed, betjening m.v. Morgenmad og gårdmiljø optimalt. 2 små suk: 1. på en varm sommernat ville det være rart med air-condition, da åben vinduer medfører gadestøj. En luft til luft pumpe ville være ret simpel løsning. 2. det ville være super, hvis der var mulighed for at lave en kop kaffe på værelset.

Convenient & Clean Hotel

This is our 2nd time to stay in this hotel while visiting Heidelberg. It is very convenient to everything! The rooms are spacious & clean. Check in & out is so easy. We will stay here on our return trips as well.

Difficult to reach the hotel because the approach road is being dug up and once you arrive parking is awkward, cramped and expensive. Staff are very good, very efficient but our room could only be reached via a steep set of stairs after the elevator which was difficult with luggage. We’d booked a ‘large’ room which turned out to be about 5m x 5m so the standard ones must be tiny. There were no tea-making facilities, no jug and not even a bottle of water. Breakfast was good and again the staff are lovely, but our one night stay was pretty expensive because breakfast and parking added 40% to the bill. Next time we’ll try somewhere else.

Alles ist sehr gut gegangen

Wir waren mit meiner Freundin auf einem Kurztrip nach Heidelberg und haben das Hotel sehr genossen. Das Zimmer war schön, WLAN hat gut funktioniert und das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Beste war jedoch die sehr gute Lage, nur einen kurzen Fußweg von überall in der Altstadt entfernt.
