「Absolutely loved staying at the Regency Guest House. Very welcoming, clean and comfortable. A really beautiful property. Jane and Mark made us feel very welcome and were great hosts providing us with lots of useful information about the area. Our room was immaculate with a fantastic modern bathroom. Breakfasts were delicious and plentiful to set you up for the day and a few doors away from a lovely friendly pub. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend staying here...

Ideally placed for a walk along one of the best beaches in Norfolk and very short drive into G Yarmouth or Lowestoft. The new children’s water fun area is brilliant for the little ones and free.」

「Beautiful setting. It was another very warm day but there are plenty of shady spots on the terrace where you can sit with a cool drink and enjoy the very spacious gardens. 「We had a quick one night stay and it was exactly what we aere looking for, clean, tidy, and comfy. With a delicious breakfast in the morning. 」

「Its a very dated property, but it gives it that real seaside hotel feel about it. Traditional! The rooms are clean with a modern bathroom (lacking shelf space in the bathroom). But lots of facilities in the room, and the daily maid service was great, giving us more bottled water and towels on a two night stay. 」
