「Unsauberes Bad (2 benutzte Kaugummi auf dem Boden), schmutziger Wannenrand. Einfallsloses und eintöniges Frühstücksangebot. Achtung: An den Wochenenden sehr laute Diskomusik von draußen bis 2 Uhr nachts, auch geschlossene Fenster helfen da nicht! Außerdem vermiesen einen laute Überfahrten von versenkten Poller direkt vor dem Hotel. Die öffentlichen Räume sind nicht täglich gesäubert worden- tagelang Tissues und Hundekot auf den Treppen. Ein Aufenthalt ist nicht zu empfehlen.」

「Reception staff were excellent. TV in room didn’t work. Pool area was very clean. The restaurant for breakfast was very good but service in the evening wasn’t very good, no cutlery, no salt on the table, getting staff attention was hard work but appreciate there was training of new staff.」

「With so many negative reviews regarding the size of the room, we paid extra for their bigger room. On arrival we received a friendly welcome and were shown to our room. The entrance to the rooms was having a mould problem, so an extractor had been installed and reed diffuser to mask the smell. The room itself was comfortable, clean, no damp smells which I feared on entry to the block.
