「Das Apartment war sehr sauber und modern schlicht eingerichtet. Alles da, was man brauchte, zu viert groß genug. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, alle zwei Tage gab es frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche. In fußläufiger Entfernung gute Cafés und Restaurants, aber kein Touristenhotspot, aber angenehme Umgebung. Sehr empfehlenswert. 」

「I have had no issues with booking an apartment until now. The pictures are deceiving, a lot was damaged, sheets were stained and showers were blocked/overflowing. They moved me to another spot a week before my trip which was an extra 6.5km away from all the historical sites due to plumbing issues and ended up with a place with plumbing issues. Once I brought up the issues, I was ghosted. Will not be booking with them again. 」

「It’s a scam! I booked the “Classic Double or Twin Room, Partial Sea View” and it costed much more than the normal standard room which doesn’t indicate the SEA VIEW on the title. Guess what I got? A room with ZERO Sea View! I can only saw a huge building standing Outside my window. I took the photos for the record and told the receptionists, they just listened and say nothing. 「Shamir at the front office was outstanding. The breakfast was great. The room was clean but small although we booked a comfort room. The shower was terrible no pressure and very small. Only the mattress in the room which was comfortable but no chair, night table or closet. There were steps in the room which was a hazard. Bed sheets were clean.」
