My room was very noisy with street traffic. Reported it but was given earplugs. Not very helpful. Rooms only cleaned every two days and then I had to ask for it on the third day. Sun area on roof had no loungers. Only tables and chairs. Didn’t order breakfast so have no comment. Would not go back.

This beautiful, nice hotel is in a very central location, and you can walk everywhere to restaurants, cafés, the acropolis, access to the metro, the Plaka, etc. The staff is awesome, very friendly and hospitable with her special mention of Paul at the front desk. I highly recommend and I will come back here next time.

This is a nice hotel conveniently located very close to the Acropolis. You can easily walk there and to the Agora, which is perfect if you are in Athens for the historical sites. The staff were friendly and polite, and the room was clean and comfortable. Our room was quite small but had enough space for what we needed. Free tea and coffee is available as well as bottled water. The hotel is also located close to several supermarkets and a train station, making it really easy to get to other places in the city.

The absolute best part of this hotel is the location. It’s perfectly situated for exploring, and you’ll have no trouble getting around the city from here. Rooftop was an especially nice feature (although would have been better with clean windows). Room/Policy Unfortunately, the stay itself was quite uncomfortable. The biggest issue was the temperature control—or lack thereof. We were unable to adjust the heat/AC, which resulted in the air feeling stifling and heavy. It made getting a restful night's sleep very challenging. Our individual room temperature could only be adjusted by sending a text message request via Whatsapp to the front desk. At one point I was told that I could not have AC as other guests in the hotel wanted the heat. We just needef the air to circulate. Additionally, the room is lacking basic functionality; there weren't enough hooks to accommodate wet clothes after the torrential downpour, which became a major issue during our stay. While I understand the hotel has a "pay for room cleaning" policy, the lack of flexibility was disappointing during extreme circumstances. During our visit, Athens experienced torrential rain—severe enough that major monuments were closed for safety. We returned to the hotel completely soaked, but staff refused to provide towels without the extra fee. In an emergency weather situation, a little hospitality would have gone a long way. If you only care about the location PERFECT PICK!

Location of the hotel was convenient. Close to the Acropolis and many different bars and restaurants. Rooms were clean and spacious. The hotel was in the the process of being renovated so it was loud occasionally but overall would stay there again
