「What a wonderful experience at Neo’s Pyramids Boutique Hotel! From the beautiful, spotless, and comfortable rooms to the exceptional hospitality, everything exceeded my expectations. One of my favorite memories was enjoying their delicious green soup on the rooftop one evening. When the waiter noticed I was cold, he thoughtfully came over and placed a blanket around me. Such a simple but incredibly touching gesture! The staff truly went above and beyond. When I accidentally overslept before my...

「Roof bellissimo」

「I really appreciate the staffs who are kind and informative. He voluntarily upgraded my room with Pyramids view for free. 10/10. Room cleanliness is 9/10, location is 10/10, facility condition is 8/10, but my room's is 10/10.」

「Very happy with our stay, close to the pyramids and a lovely neighbourhood. The room was clean and the staff were especially helpful and kind, thank you!」

「Our stay was exceptional. Abdo was extremely helpful and went out of his way to ensure we were safe and happy. He took us to some great places for shopping and suggested great ways to spend our time in Cairo. Breakfast was phenomenal and the room was modern and clean. I totally recommend it.」

「I’ve stayed at Tuya Pyramids multiple times now, and this was already my 4th visit—this place truly feels like a second home to me. Every stay exceeds my expectations. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the energy of the people is genuine, and everything is always taken care of with so much attention and kindness. Waking up here and enjoying the breathtaking rooftop view never gets old. A very special thank you to Nada and Mohammed for their incredible support and kindness—they really go...

「Rooms are clean and well maintained. Staff are generally very helpful and efficient except one or two in the restaurants. Breakfast is good in general but I wish the cooked food is a bit hotter. Otherwise location is good. Rooftop is great for a drink and food and viewing the pyramids. Plenty of restaurants nearby and this hotel’s restaurant serves very good food and good price. The travel agent in the hotel arranged a 3 days private tour for us plus picking up and dropping off to the...

「This was my second time staying at King Cheops Inn. Even though it had been about a year since my last visit, the staff remembered me. They are all very kind and helpful. You will not find a better breakfast at any comparably priced hotel near the Giza Plateau. And it’s free. Lots of other hotels skimp a bit on breakfasts (pre-packaged, pre-made, small portions, etc). King Cheops Inn goes the other direction and gives you too much food, all homemade, all hot and fresh. The view of the...

「I love the fact that I could see the pyramids from the the top floor where they serve free breakfast. The room was cold, but I guess it was because I came in March. So everything was great except for one staff member who was very nasty to me because I couldn’t understand her accent so I stayed far from her.」

「These were some of the best days I have ever spent, in the best possible location. I would like to thank all the staff, including the reception team and the hotel's General Manager. Thank you for such wonderful times.」
