「Room was large, big bathtub. One corner of the room had moisture damage, and mold, perhaps from a roof leak or condensation. Pub was cosy. Food tasty. There is nothing else to do in Sandhutton. A critter scampering, and chewing in the attic above our room kept us awake most of the night. 」

「I was a walker arriving at the Nag's Head at 15.30. I was warmly received and shown to my very comfortable room. Although the restaurant was closed on a Tuesday evening, i was provided with a wonderful Chinese meal at a very modest cost. I requested a continental breakfast which was fine. Pick Hill is a lovely small village with a long history, some of which is displayed in the ancient church. 」

「First time I have stayed here but it certainly won’t be the last. Situated in a lovely setting everything was perfect. Staff welcoming and friendly, food was outstanding and the rooms were immaculate. I would certainly recommend this lovely pub. 」

「Parking available on the main road outside the hotel. Nice English cooked breakfast included. My room had issues with regulating the heat of the shower so brought it to the manager's attention on departure. Rooms safe and secure with a night entrance around the side of the building if needed.」
