「Very nice」

「 Breakfast was not good, no slippers or anything to brush teeth.」

「The value is in the prime location, but not the room. We paid far too much for a windowless room with stained carpet, no lamp on far bedside table, noisy environment (music from bars, clear conversations from other rooms, footsteps and furniture being moved overhead at 2:30am) and worst of all, variable shower water temp and ultimately a hot water fail. 」

「The front desk staff were nice! The cleaning staff first morning didn't speak and head down to avoid. Hotel could use a little more care! Room was clean and fresh as long as a/c unit stayed on, if turned off we smelled all the cigarette smoking happen in other rooms! Yes we called the front desk to complain! Also first night no hotwater but front desk helped quickly! Breakfast was good with good options!」

「If by near you mean in the same county, then i guess this hotel is nesr UNA. It is not near downtown.or UNA.」

「Staff was nice and lobby very clean. No entry from back parking area even though there is a door, that is an inconvenience as a guest. The room was clean however the bathroom still had dirty washcloths and towel hanging on shower curtain. Also the safety certificate in elevator expired in 12/04/25」

「I want sure what category this fell under. You had just bought the Coldwater Inn in Tuscumbia, AL. We had to check in 3 different times and obtain 3 different sets of keys. Inconvenient. But no big deal. But i thonk that caused the next issue. Our room wasnt cleaned while we were there and we were there a full week. Had to ask for toilet paper. No made beds, etc. Again. No big deal as it was just my husband and I. Just thought you would want to know how the transition is going. 」

「A lousy truck stopped by the hotel, and it’s a Compressor Refrigeration Trucks! You have no idea how horrible this noise sounds like heavily! It all day long!」

「We left the room for a few hours with the do not disturb sign on the door the curtains closed and the lights offwhen we came back, the lights were on there was a dirty rag laying on the counter the rag was sitting on my wife’s clothes, and the curtain was partially opened. Approached the manager and she did nothing said she saw the sign on the door, but maybe the maid had gone in which she is should not have our privacy was invaded and we will never visit that establishment again or anyone with...

「Mold along trim boards under sink!! Drain bugs coming up thru sink drain Dried food in microwave and refrigerator Stained bed sheets」

「Facility is old and our room was in need of repair. There was no ice bucket, no cups, no place to hang clothes. The toilet was loose and wobbled badly. Fairly clean, but old and dingy.」
