「We stayed at Hacienda for the first time. We had a great stay! The property staff was great. the property only has 1 restaurant so on property dining is limited but close enough to other great local restaurants. The only draw back was the 2 cruise liners that came into the port and blocked our views for 2 days. Beach is accessible and great service available beach side. We will definitely return. 」

「The room is clean. A terrace bar right outside my room. Quite convenient if you are lazy to walk out for drinks; you can just grab one at the bar. The noise doesn’t bother much coz the bar closes at 11pm. Good location, easy walks to the marina, shops, restaurants, bars, etc. The air-conditioner is noisy and filter needs to be cleaned though. Considering a hotel room on a budget, this is a very good choice.」

「As Expedia VIPs, we were upgraded to a huge suite (Rm 1715) and received a welcome bottle of wine, chocolates and a $25 spa credit. Our concierge, Elan was great and we received excellent service from all of the staff. Everyone was very friendly, the resort was beautifully maintained and we enjoyed the food, the entertainment, and the location (literally built into the mountainside). We saw tons of whale and even a sea lion swimming along the shoreline. 」

「We had the best vacation here. It was our anniversary and in our room was desserts for us to celebrate. The hotel is beautiful but what really stood out is the amazing staff in the restaurants and the beach. Flavio in the breakfast buffet was awesome, he remembered what we liked to drink and Edwardo at the beach, he kept the ice tea and the waters coming. The whole vacation was great, can’t wait to go back.」
