"Rooms are ok but our first room was dirty and fridge and lights weren’t working properly so we had to be moved. Breakfast was repetitive but ok. Tv was old and had no access to apps so that was strange as the hotel seems to be semi renovated. Staff was nice but wasn’t there constantly (that was strange). We go to visit family every 6 months so stayed 4 days. Every night there was issues with noises at any time of the night whoch was disappointing as we Liked the hotel in general. The hotel we normally ztay at was packed so we wanted to try this on this last minute trip. Could we stay there, yes…would it be our first or second choice, not necessarily. Not bad per se but not amazing. Maybe for a night but not for and extrended period. "

"I didn’t know what to expect since I haven’t stayed at an hotel in a long time because I’ve been using resorts. I was impressed. Faciliy very clean, exception one (1) leaf. Only disappointed was 1 chair per room according to the front desk. The ad said that breakfast was included but to my dismay I was asked for a voucher, dark skinned lady said it didn’t come with room so will need to pay $21/person"

"Fire alarms interrupted our stay, had to evacuate the building in the middle of the night around 12am ,during the process one of the staff members were very rude the way she was speaking to guest don’t remember her name it was a Asian lady. And we had to walk back up 12 flights of steps. The check in area was not located on the main floor of the hotel so we had to figure out what floor the check in was on. It was located on the mezzanine floor which was a couple flights up. This was one of my worst hotel stays ever. And it was my wife’s birthday day. For the prices of these rooms the hotel and rooms definitely need to be renovated. "

"It was not good at all. Didn’t get the room I reserved. Room I received was good. Wasn’t told when I booked that the hotel would be doing renovations. It was a very bad experience. I asked for items for my room, never received them"

"There is mold in refrigerator. Smoke smell even in non-smoking rooms. There are cigarette holes on the blanket. Light bulb is missing in lamp. Paint are peeling off walls. "

"Cleanliness was excellent. Room was comfortable. TV was old and out of date. The biggest complaint was the front desk staff. We arrived around 9:30pm and waited a good 10 minutes for anyone to appear. Then, the following morning, absolutely no one was at the front desk. Other than the lack of customer service, it was good. Also, at check in, asked front desk for a microwave and he said he'd see if they had one. Never contacted us. We had to call the front desk on a cell because the phone does not work in the room. We asked him for one and it was a different guy than at night and he made the excuse that probably they were busy at check in yesterday as to why we didn't get a microwave. We came much later than check in time so I don't know what he was talking about in order to defend the night/ evening clerk."

"The property is ok. My room had a big stain at the door ( corridor) that was there until I left 4 nights later. The room smelled of wet carpet when I checked in. The breakfast was ok. The coffee throughout the day was a plus."
