「The room was clean. However it was advertised tbat there was tea/coffee available- there was not. Also basic items were missing -- no shampoo, no hairdryer, no kleenex. Only sheets on bed. Air conditioning in bedroom only.」

「We were stranded on the island by the air traffic controller strike. I appreciate the staff opening their door for us to stay at a much higher rate. The place is hard to get to, far from being clean, no amenities like mini fridge, hair blower, safe and etc. 」

「I had a very sweet room with a lovely outdoor veranda, but it didn’t feel very secure. The staff were helpful and charming but there was a snafu with my transfer from the airport. I didn’t appreciate being told to “take a little walk to reception” to cancel my brunch reservation when I was jet-lagged and still in bed. The rum punch was delicious. 」

「AC in the room was extremely loud. Bathtub with yellow stain, you don’t expect this for this type of hotel. The Breakfast is ridiculous expensive $35 US dollars per person. The beach across the street is a public beach even when it is a gate to get in using your hotel key. Overpriced hotel. The best of all was the staff super friendly and helpful. The night security guy went beyond words to help us.」

「We booked last minute due to a flight cancellation, the owner and onsite property manager were lovely to deal with and accomodated us. We were given clean sheets and 2 towels and the bed was made. It was comfortable, the pullout divan was stained and not comfortable, those things typically are not. The place had not been cleaned and there was no handsoap and little toilet paper. The outside area was very nice, the inside area is like a very rustic old north american cottage. Very old gas...

「Loved our room and view. We felt there was no communication from staff regarding our being able to dine at sister hotels or how to get there when the ferry wasn’t running. We heard from another guest that we could take the ferry to other hotels. The hotel should have told us that. The food was just ok and we expected it to be tastier and not such small portions. 」

「This property is in a good location, close to many beaches and amenities. I have been here several times, but I find the upkeep has gone down. All of our in-unit appliances were extremely old and the fridge leaked the entire time (it was replaced on the day we checked out). The power and wifi went out a few times during our 10 days. The furniture is very dated and could use replacement asap. The bathroom has a lot of signs of wear too. The cleaning staff were amazing but I miss the old hotel...

「The property needs URGENT ATTENTION. Mosquitoes in room as there are shutters on top of the door that are not sealed. A hair was on the pillow. Sheets did not look 100% clean. Bathroom room mat was dirty. I can keep going but for what. Grass was well manicured. Hope the owner will spend some money to upgrade. I've been a. Exec」

「Resort was well maintained. Food was mostly good except one dish (e.g. shrimp bowl) was rather dry and lacked flavor.」

「The rooms and facilities were pretty tired and poor and need a lot of upgrading. The front desk staff was very friendly, but others in the restaurant were not. The beach is quite narrow and small. There arent enough lounge chairs and umbrellas. 」

「Overall fabulous stay! Staff are so attentive and courteous, adults only rooftop is fab, the infinity pool downstairs is perfect for a morning swim - rooms are spacious and all rooms have a sea view. Breakfast was outstanding with the selection on offer - cannot wait to stay again 」

「We are not big on all-inclusive hotels but this was a great place to stay in Barbados, especially considering dining is very expensive on the island. Very nice beach and good beach service for both chairs and drinks. We had a comfortable beachfront room with a great view as we were upgraded by Expedia VIP. Good beach bar and fantastic sunsets. 」
