"The views of the harbor from this hotel is amazing, especially from the Skytop bar. Excellent location across from the Harpa Concert hall and bus stop 5 and just a few minutes walk to bus stop 6 where many tours pick up from. Restaurants and stores are a short walk as well. The breakfast buffet was delicious with many offerings. As a return customer, we were welcomed with a sweet treat and given passes for the jacuzzi. Overall a very nice experience."

"Our room was missing towels and I didn’t realize until I had already gotten undressed! There was no phone in the room to call front desk, but I reached out via message through Expedia and the gentleman at front desk responded immediately and brought me some towels! I was hoping for blackout curtains - especially at this time of year when the sun doesn’t really set. Unfortunately there was a lot of light in the room which made it difficult to sleep. The elevator was stuck one day so we had to climb to the top floor - no big deal, especially since the view from our balcony was wonderful. Overall a great stay, would stay again."

"Good offering of breakfast food items. Make sure you include breakfast when you book your stay. Room cleaning topic: It needs to be made clear that if you want your room cleaned you need to tell the front desk by 10:00AM the day you want the room cleaned. We asked the night before and the room didn't get cleaned. Also I was asked when we checked in if we wanted the room cleaned the next day, I told them yes. the next day it wasn't cleaned. Other than the room cleaning requests, I have no complaints."
