A stylish boutique hotel

The hotel is clean and newly furnished, necessities such as towels, shower gel and shampoo are provided for free. Bring your own dental set because it is a chargeable item. The room is a bit small, can hardly walk if you have the suitcase opened. Location is perfect, there is a supermarket and a bookstore just around the corner; also, just a 5 min walk to the Main Street.

Excellent hotel

The hotel located in a good area, easy to reach public transports and supermarket. The room I was staying really cosy and clean. Staff were very helpful, they were very patient and happy to help. I will come visit again.

Staff was very accommodating in providing us early check in after a red eye. Location of the hotel is right in the heart of downtown with plenty of dining and entertainment options. Room was nicely appointed. Fantastic shower. Very comfy beds and temperature control Would stay there again.

Very nice and clean hotel in a convenient, walkable location - especially if you're planning on doing anything on/near the harbor. We got unseasonably warm weather so had the windows open for air flow, which can be noisy if everyone is out in the park. Great friendly staff. Overall enjoyed our stay!

I wish we had more time at this charming place. We disembarked from our cruise. The front desk personnel stored our luggage so that we could explore the area since our room wasn't available. When we returned, our luggage had already been placed in our room. The room was very clean. The hotel was in the perfect location to walk to many of the sights we wanted to hit. It was a nice 'base' to go to each time we ventured out. Just wish we could've stayed a little longer (we checked out at 5:15 a.m. to catch our flight). If ever we return, we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Property was super conveniently located to food and sites. Staff was great and well informed about everything. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. The restaurant in the hotel is exquisite and the food is superb as is the service. We would come back here without a question and highly recommend

If you are too hot and have to open the windows, the noise from outside is unbearable. Also, the black night lights by the bed cannot be turned off. You have basically have to remove your card that control the electrical power of the room in order to shut them off. If you do so, none of the electrical outlets in the room will work and whatever you planned to charge over night (e.g. phone, headphones, etc.) will not be charged.

As soon as I had a shower the entire bathroom flooded and the water had no where to go. I dont know why the layout in the bathroom is what it is but this must happen everytime. The rest of the night when I wanted to use the bathroom I had to walk through water to get to sink or toilet. No solution offered by front desk. Had to ask for a mop mgself. Would never stay here again
