The gentleman who helped me at the check-in desk was very nice. I arrived from the airport before the appointed check-in time. He allowed me to check in early so I can put my things away before heading to the hospital. I really appreciated not having to check in upon my return at 9 PM.

There was trash strewn around the property, an outside deck inaccessible, piled with furniture, a muddy driveway and walk, a space heater for the room, windows with poor insulation...not at all what was represented on the website.

I had not visited the Ponds for 30 years. It has not gracefully aged. Condo unit has not been updated since it was built in the early 70s and it shows. Drafty and slightly damaged doors, slow drains in the bathrooms, furniture and rugs that show damage and age, and a clubhouse in need of updating. ...
