Rooms are clean & spacious. Check-in process is very fast & easy. The room decore is a bit outdated, but again, still clean. Location is very ideal to most attractions on Paradise Island and Nassau.

Although we only stayed one night, we enjoyed this location. The staff was very helpful as a matter of fact, we came in late and they went out of their way to find us some water from the grocery store since we had no car.

I had a good stay in a spacious appt. Overlooking garden and pool. Most conveniently located, I enjoyed walking to the beach. The staff is friendly. The pricing makes it a good deal.

Room was very nice for what we paid for and we enjoyed the multiple pools on the property. Easy walk to the beach and a few restaurants. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. There was also a cat that hung around that greeted us every morning which we enjoyed. If you want a quieter but full experience in the bahamas definitely stay here!

Spent 2 nights here with my daughter for a short staycation. The apartment was more than adequate for us, and the price was right. It was clean and quiet. However, the place is dated. The gym was "out of order", so we walked around the surrounding area. At the price we got, I would stay here again.

This property is centrally located in Paradise Island a few black away from beautiful Cabbage Beach. the staff are friendly, hospitable and professional. The rooms however are extremely dated and in need of renovation. The kitchen was in poor condition and ill equipped lacking utensils and dishes. The grounds are well maintained as are the pools. If you are looking for a value property for a few days this is a good choice.

We were at a summit in Atlantis and this was an affordable alternative. We stayed 4 extra nights after the 4 days summit. We loved the space and big table on the balcony once also could get some work done
