The roon was great. The staff excellent. My only problem was the garbage truck that woke me at 2:30 am and a huge semi beneath my window around 3am.

If you are coming for a visit to see Nashville- especially Broadway and all it has to offer, this hotel has it ALL. As a hotel, the rooms, breakfast, and especially the bed, make it a great hotel. Add on the fact that it only charges $10 per night for parking AND has a free shuttle to bring you within a 4 mile radius(which includes the down town core) they have nailed it for a Nashville stop. We stayed for two nights. A must go, Jason Aldean Bar and the Broadway strip, Ryman Auditorium, but surprisingly wasn’t impressed with the Grand Ole Opre due to the cost of the tickets and Uber ride, the performance just didn’t cut it. Sad to say, but that’s what we felt.

I travel ALOT! And I must say this property is definitely 5 stars. Why? 1) Staff - extremely friendly but more importantly, they were very accommodating. Any request or questions we had, they provided solutions. 2) Transportation - They have a FREE SHUTTLE! That will take you anywhere within a 4 mile radius. Most locations are within 3 miles. 3) Quiet - They had signs posted specifically of when quiet times were and we had no issues. 4) Parking - They had plenty of free parking available. 5) Pool - They have an INDOOR swimming pool/jacuzi 6) Convenience - They are located within a 1 block radius of 7 fast food restaurants, 1 Starbucks, 1 convenience store. What else can I say? We will be staying with them again when we come back to go to attend an NFL game.

This property was excellent on many levels. Great staff, clean, 24-hr. gym, indoor pool and buffet breakfast. Shuttle was a huge plus and there were many fast food outlets within walking distance (7-11, Starbucks, etc.). I would DEFINITELY stay here again :-)

We stayed here for the SEC tournament. The room was clean and quiet. The ladies at the front desk were nice. My only complaint is the shuttle. When we called on Saturday night to be picked up there was no answer just a recording. We called until 10:30 pm. Finally we had to get a taxi for 30.00 to drive us 2 miles. When we got back to the hotel they said shuttle driver left. One of the reasons I picked this hotel was because it had a shuttle.

Enjoyed our stay. Room was clean with very comfortable bed. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was much better than most hotel breakfasts. The small fridge in the room would only stay on for 2 hours making it useless. We could hear people in room above us during the night. Would stay again.

Modern, clean and great service
Everything was clean, everyone was helpful. The place is almost new and very quiet. The shuttle service worked like a charm…the GM even picked us up and recommended a great restaurant. The only hiccup was when both of us were awakened at 1:00am by the odor of pot smoke (not the hotel’s fault, but bears mentioning). All in all, we would stay there again.

Overall good, minor cleanliness concern.
It was a little odd that the duvet didn't have a cover. That stood out to my wife who is pretty nervous about cleanliness. One corner had a good number of crumbs in it. Rest seemed good!

The hotel and room was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful (I had questions about dining and shopping in the area). There was a free shuttle- which was great. The on-site parking is $10.00, which is much better that the $26-$39 daily rate of hotels in the immediate area.

The room was perfect, the Staff was Great, the Breakfast was good {Eggs, Bacon, Sausage, Waffles & assorted Cereal} I absolutely LOVE the shuttle service. You can go anywhere within a 4 Mile area. Perfect, you don't have to find & pay for parking... I didn't like the fact that you have to pay 10.00 per night to park at the Hotel 😒

Very good
Our room was clean. The service was excellent and we used the hotel's shuttle to downtown and back. The breakfast was decent and what you would expect - eggs,sausage,waffles,bagles, cereal, juice, yogurt, etc. My only complaint was that the fridge in the room froze everything we put in there and we couldn't find how to adjust it. Overall, this hotel was a very good value for the price. We didn't have to pay for parking but it was very close to downtown. I would recommend it.

Totally great
It was an amazing place. From the girl that checked us in, until the breakfast the next morning. My mom has a hard time walking and showering, so we got an accessible room, and she raved about how easy everything was. Will be back there again.

Great Trip!!
Everyone was great. The local shuttle service is an awesome free service. Easy to take the wego busses from the airport...download the quickticket app otherwise you need exact cash. Bus 18 from airport to central station then bus 9 to the hotel. $2 for 2 hours of bus rides...easy!!

Home away from Home
Our original plan was to spend Christmas in the Smokey Mountains with family but ended up just being my 2 kids and me when the rest of my family backed out. We made the best of it and that wouldn't have been possible without the amazing staff here. From the minute we checked in, staff was friendly, attentive, and just amazing to us...making us feel at home despite a not-so-ideal situation. Our room was always clean, regardless of it being the holiday, the common areas stayed spotless, and even the shuttle was handy so I didn't have to worry about driving or parking (and paying) in busy areas. I strongly recommend checking out this hotel and the amazing staff!!

Aside from no towels, no hangers, no made up beds, the management threatened to evict us for complaining. These basic services should be graciously provided without attitude. You may expect an appropriate online review. Thanks for a lovely week in Nashville.
