Although the desk clerk was nice, my room upon checking in was not great at all. I found my sink drain broken and there was a puddle of water in room into under the bed. So I called front desk to fix the matter and for my safety. The hotel maintenance guy came over and mopped and fixed my sink drainage.

Manager is very unprofessional, she was very rude every time we spoke. She refuses to rent to guest she doesn't Ike for what ever reason she has at moment. Room was disgusting and smelled horrible. One house Keeper was just as rude. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Room smelled like cigarettes and I had to go to the nearby Market Basket to pick up two air fresheners so I could sleep. Other customers were loud (shouting and slamming doors and blaring their car radios in the parking lot, etc), so it seems like they get a pretty basic clientele. Smallest, most inconvenient bathroom ever. If you just need a cheap place to sleep, this place is fine - just don't expect anything more than that

Was annoying every time I left the room my key did not work The evening had quite a bit of noise at night kids running knocking on doors at 2am and people fighting in front of my door for 1/2 hour no property checks in the early am Stayed in a end unit to avoid it all. Very nice place to stay other , clean , and efficient service.

Upon my arrival, I was greeted by Alicia, the Assistant General Manager. Alicia was very personable, knowledgeable and professional. Alicia kindly answered numerous questions I asked. Being greeted with a warm and friendly smile is truly appreciated. I have frequented many hotels/motels both in the US and abroad. I can say unequivocally my experience at this motel rates very high.

It was quiet the bed and pillows were excellent the heat great location great. The tv had voice but no picture. The floor seemed like it had not been swept but I had socks on so no bid deal The bathroom needs updating Tub very old and door had big holes in it No big deal either But I would stay there Again Yes

Better places to stay
Difficult to Enter parking lot, can only exit one way. Bedding looked dirty. Used towels left in bathroom. Bathroom way to small. Very stale smell in room. Remembered why I avoid Motel 6.

Dirty Heater was not adjustable…cold! Used paper in the toilet upon arrival. Dirty floors…sandy Hair on the sheets. Ceiling heater when trying to work constantly made a load tapping noise. Get what you pay for I quess.

The bathroom was not very clean. There was still piece of hair on the wall of the shower. The corners around the toilet still has visible dirt around. It was loud, mainly from other residents. A resident kept continuously loudly running their car engine and staff did nothing to stop it.

Heat didnt work, was freezing in the room, bathroom was very tiny. Soda machine wasnt working properly plus there was no diet soda selection for us diabetics. Dont think ill be back here again specialy for the price i paid. $3 extra dollars and i could of had a bigger room,heat and a bunch of amenities at quality inn in merrimack

Our room was dirty and smelly. The bedding was clean but the pillows had a foul odor and the floors and bathroom were filthy. The front desk area was clean and our check in agent was courteous.

The entire place seems to be under renovation. Someone urinated in the elevator. There was no fridge or coffee maker in the room. Those two things would have made my stay more enjoyable for sure.

I’ll just start with saying, it’s a hundred dollar hotel in New Hampshire, so…. Whatever. My biggest gripe is that the floor was sticky upon arrival, but they have smoking rooms so like me and Tina had a relaxed but intense evening.

Pretty gross. There was blood on pillowcase, mold in shower, wet paper thrown all over sidewalk. Doors so thin i could hear the highway though the door & there was a man outside the window at 2am trying to get in. No one at front office asked my how my stay was.
