「Beautiful hotel - old charm and very grand! They have lovely sitting room and furniture all through that is beautiful.
Service was fabulous all around and they even accommodated a last minute New Year’s Eve reservation for us. The breakfast is incredible- fresh baked options are so delicious, and the setting was lovely.
Only minor bit was the shower - it didn’t drain well and was tiny.

「The upkeep, maintenance and the condition of the property was poor. Not really a hotel, lacking a lot of amenity. More a bnb style.
The experience would’ve been a lot better if it were reasonably priced, however at the price paid, expectations weren’t met.」

「I had to change the room due to terrible WiFi connection and unbearable noise from neighbors room due to old plumbing system. The second room has better WiFi but only one electrical socket is useful. And you can not use iron and the kettle at the same time as the circuit breaker will shut off! And the bathroom floor is very slippery. I almost fell down a few times. Only beautiful part is the top roof terrace. 」

「A wonderful place to stay in the heart of Naples. It seems the property was recently renovated and was super clean with beautifully decorated rooms and common areas. Reception staff was very helpful. Breakfast was also good with several options. The best part of this hotel is the location. 「The hotel is terrible in general though it has fantastic view from the balcony and pretty good breakfast. It is a very old hotel. The problem is that the room is of no aircon or fan so that literally there is no air ventilation inside the room if you do not open the balcony door.」
