"The Cove Inn has always been a favorite of ours when visiting Naples. The location is quiet and secluded but not too far from all the action. The staff is great and helpful. The bar by the pool is a major benefit! Highly recommend! "

"Breakfast was great, the room was clean, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. However, the bed was uncomfortable and the room felt warm for most of the night. Even though we had the thermostat set to 65 degrees, I woke up several times and didn’t finally feel comfortable until around 6 a.m. We were in room 304, which was quite far from both the elevators and the parking garage, making it less convenient than expected. For the price I paid per night, I expected a much more comfortable and convenient stay overall."

"This hotel is extremely overpriced at $1,000 a night. The service was poor, and they put us in a room located in a building that wasn’t even the one shown on the Expedia photos. The room had no minibar, no bathroom amenities besides a hairdryer, and the attention to detail was on par with a Holiday Inn, not a luxury hotel."

"This is a really nice quality resort. The location is great, just south of town, and the facilities are lovely. The gym is great, and the pools are top notch. The staff is very friendly and ready to help with anything. The concierge, Hope, is better at handling guest requests and issues than many I’ve had at 5-star hotels. We had one issue with our internet connection and she hounded it until it ‘twas resolved. This was my second stay at NBR and I’ll be coming back every year that I’m able to. Good place to take kids or grandkids as well. Special shoutout to Hope, Renee at the pool, and the wait staff. "
