酒店图片很美，看起来还有小厨房，结果进去以后都是不能用的，也没有配备任何的餐具，网盘全部都没有，只是一个白色，唯一能用的就是微波炉，其他的都需要咨询准备，这让我们非常失望，之前看图片还以为这是一个能够加热食物的房间工作人员还算热情，酒店相对有些年份

Fridge and freezer didn't work. Cooking implements, pans, plates and cups cost extra. Coffee maker had to be purchased, and there was no coffee or tea in the lobby. No change available for laundry, so you had to accept the surcharge for using credit card. Internet failed. Power failed, AC would shutofff automatically.. it was just terrible.

This was the worst experince in my life. I checked in and went in the elevator was dirty, smelled like weed and towels on elevators floor. Was walking to my room duty bed sheets and towels everywhere, and when I went to open my room key didn’t even work. I asked for refund and they treated me nasty. I lost my money and even called the police on it.

This hotel just seem like it was poorly taken care of , feels like it was run down and it’s sad because this is fairly new location , hallways smell like weed and cigarettes, bathroom did not operate as soon as I walked into the room , bed uncomfortable . The room was minimal to say the least. Metal bed frame with uncomfortable mattress. Chair in the room was peeling with multiple scratch marks all over it, assuming someone had a cat in the room at one time as the scratch marks looked to have been made by a cat. It felt like a hostel or rooming house. For this kind of room the price was ridiculous.

Awful from start to beginning. No one was at the front desk. I had to yell for someone. The room was disgusting and smelt so bad. The side doors didn’t work. We left and honestly if you are thinking of staying here you are better off in your car.

In 1st room air-conditione did not work. Front desk was nearly always empty. Replacement linens were hard to get. Rooms need update. Feels like fals advertisement with kitchenette as there are no kitchen dishes. Room key stopped working several times. Great location but nothing more than that!
