「This has been one of our finest hotel experiences. Majestic views, terrific pool and breakfast area, recently renovated and new feel. But what made this a truly exceptional experience was the customer service and warmth you felt given this is a family run hotel. The breakfast was also great. The only downside is the shower facilities (no shower screen and water goes everywhere but this is quite typical in Greece). Excellent location if you have a hire car with beautiful bay views of Naoussa....

The views are gorgeous - we enjoyed the sea view from our patio lounge area, as well as from the lounges with umbrellas set along the shore. The service was exceptional - every member of the staff was so helpful - looking for any way to make our stay more enjoyable. 「Mükemmel bir oteldi. Odalarımız tertemizdi ve her gün de temizleniyordu. Kahvaltısı çok çeşitliydi ve otelin sahibi Litsa hepsini kendisi yapıyormuş. Kahvaltı neredeyse tüm gün sürüyor ve çok lezzetli. Herhangi bir ihtiyacımızda çok yardımcı oldular. Güzel bir manzarası olan sakin ve tatlı bir otel. Merkeze çok yakın, bizi check in saatimize kadar bekletirken kahve ve tatlı ikram ettiler. Çok nazil ve güleryüzlü bir ekip. Kesinlikle tavsiye!」

「瑞士之家酒店距离Naoussa小镇大约2km，就在帕岛的环岛道路旁，可并不吵闹，白墙+红花，还有成串成串的葡萄缀在枝头，酒店有室外泳池，男主人相当相当热情，帮我们联系租车、介绍景点，女主人做的一手好口味的Moussaka穆莎卡，是我们此行吃到的味道最好的穆莎卡，推荐！另外，不知何故，之前发给民宿主人的请他安排码头免费接船的邮件，对方并没有收到，于是，住在米岛的最后一晚，我打了个电话过去，男主人一口应允，第二天果然派了2辆出租车把我们从码头接到了酒店。推荐！旺季到雅典帕岛的话，性价比很高！」

「We couldn’t fault this hotel- from start to finish, excellent service from all at reception & bar staff they couldn’t have been more helpful, booking restaurant reservations, recommendations & hiring a car they went above and beyond. Room amenities- it had everything we needed, robes slippers and the Molton Brown toiletries were an added bonus. Breakfast was excellent and well presented. 」
