「First class experience, all the staff were amazing」

「We had a lovely stay. Our room was perfect for us….lovely comfy bed and a small courtyard where we had dinner delivered! We were lucky that the weather was very warm too. Our dogs were very happy and calm and safe there . I would happily recommend this room (2) for anyone travelling with dogs. Thank you Wynnstay and staff, you made our trip really comfortable.」

「Parking at the back which was easy to find. Plenty spaces free while we were there in July. Gorgeous decked terraces at the back with flowers and lights. We entered car reg on the screen as we went in & went to check-in. This was an easy process and staff member was polite & efficient. We were shown to our room at the top of the first lot of stairs & the staff member explained about breakfast etc. Lovely sized room overlooking King Street. We were there during a heatwave, but the room was cool....

「Ample parking space, some at the back of the property as well as the front. Booking in was straight forward enough but they wanted a payment card handed over so that they could make all the entries instead of putting a card through a card reader. This is a little unsettling and if there is any anomalies with my bank statement they will be the prime suspects. Staff were very pleasant and efficient.
