The staff here is absolutely amazing. From the moment you walk and you feel like a VIP guest. The breakfast is absolutely incredible… It is so fresh and you can taste the love that it is made with. It is very convenient to town and many restaurant options around the area.

A wonderful boutique bed and breakfast!
Loved our stay here in September! So convenient walking distance from the ferry and to restaurants and the whaling museum. Breakfasts were wonderful and the bed so comfortable and the area quiet for sleeping after our busy days. Would definitely recommend 7 Sea Street Inn!!

A Nantucket "no stay"
The inn was grossly overpriced for the accommodations and amenities provided/offered. The manager/owner was perfunctory and not very personable or hospitable. From our room, we could easily hear the preparations for breakfast, conversations by the management/staff in the "office" immediately adjacent to our room.

Great location. Staff was very attentive. Enjoyed the private patio where we ate take out lobster instead of fighting restaurant crowds. Would come back again.

Very convenient to central Nantucket town center. Museums, restaurants, Shops and bicycle rentals within a couple of blocks. Wave buss, public transport passes nearby. 8a to 10a Continental Breakfast was not a bare minimum like other places. Very nice selection of healthy cereal, fruit, hard boiled eggs, bagels, apple crumb cake, coffee, tea, juices, etc. Pleasant and accommodating staff. Checkout at 11a. One thing to note, the Roku TV didn't seem activated for any services so remember to bring your own logins for Netflix, Amazon, etc but you're not on the island for streaming TV so...

Got there late. Wrong key was left for us which was tricky but once we found our room it was very cozy and comfortable.

My wife and I had a wonderful 2 night stay at Seven Sea Street Inn. Matt is an excellent host and Claudia makes excellent breakfasts. Both make you feel right at home. The cleaning staff, I want to mention, is top rate and the inn follows all Covid protocols. The inn is on a quiet street within walking distance to the ferry docks- very convenient. The room we had was super comfortable and had the best shower we have experienced in a B&B. A notice in the room politely requests that TVs be lowered after 10pm.

Quaint Inn very close to town and ferry. Steps Beach is under a mile but nice walk. They provide beach chairs and towels. Good breakfast and friendly knowledgeable hosts. I would request room on upper floor as it felt like people above were in our room. Very thin floors! Great shower!

Nicely maintained property minutes from the Steamship Auth. terminal. Terrific on-site manager whips up excellent selections for breakfast. Affordable car rentals is just steps away.

Great location — walking distance to everything. Bed was super comfortable and the property was great but the walls were paperthin and you could hear every word of every conversation happening in the other rooms as if they were in bed with you.

So glad you enjoyed your stay with us. The Inn is sound proofed, walls and ceilings, but as a red oak post and beam, it’s not the same as an industrial hotel and recognize it’s not perfect especially if adjacent guests are loud. Thank you for the nice review!

Our room was perfect! Claudia was an excellent hostess and a wonderful cook. Our bed was comfortable and the sheets were smooth. The bathroom was clean, the shower was hot. We were in walking distance to downtown and restaurants.

This is the most well run inn on Nantucket I have stayed all over the place here and I’ve come to find this place to be the absolute best the staff are accommodating and friendly there’s an open kitchen that you have have access to 24 hours a day and the rooms themselves are gorgeous. I Highly recommend it.

The property was more “rustic” than expected. Whenever someone moves in their room, you can hear creaking. Breakfast in the garden was nice.

Charming Nantucket Inn
Enjoyed our long anniversary weekend in this charming, clean, cozy hotel, very convenient to downtown Nantucket and the ferries. Excellent breakfast, friendly staff and owner, and comfortable rooms. Good COVID precautions. Quiet street, but there was some creaking due to wood floors/ceilings. Great place for a romantic getaway!
