「We had a wonderful stay. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The lobby, common areas, and amenities are fabulous. The room is very average, but was certainly sufficient for our needs. As a family with two adults and two teenagers, we appreciated the room with three beds. We really enjoyed the pool and the standup paddle boards. 「We had a little hiccup with the email providing the check-in info, but once we called it was quickly resolved. The room has been redecorated nicely, with a super comfy bed and cold A/C. Right next to the farmers market, and a short walk to downtown Hilo. Would definitely stay again.」

「This is the most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in. The friendly staff at the counter made us feel at home. This is a very natural hotel. We just don't need a TV. 「We stayed here for almost two weeks. Kelly was amazing. She was always whipping up different types of breakfasts. She was so cute and so talkative. Her food was really good.
