"I stayed in Room 3208. I felt great thanks to the male staff who cleaned the room so thoroughly from the first day of my stay. If you can find it, please give me a compliment. Also, the pop welcomed us very warmly in the lobby when we arrived. It moved our luggage safely, and we met again when we accidentally asked for a buggy to go to the Olive Restaurant. It felt great to remember us at this time. And when we left, they watched us through the whole process while waiting for the taxi in the lobby after checking-out and even accompanied us with a safe ride in the taxi. Everything about Jw marriott was great, but especially thanks to the smile of all the staff, the comfortable wrap and decap, and especially the more memorable pop, I'm heading home with a good impression of Thailand. I'm currently preparing to leave Phuket Airport, and I'd really appreciate it if you could compliment both of them."

"Amazing luxury hotel . Room was fabulous with a great view of the sea . Private pool that wasn’t overlooked. Staff were pleasant and could not do enough tomake our stay special . "We’ve just spent four nights at Casa de la Flora and it’s been the best hotel experience in the last 8 years of travelling the world together! We had booked a Beachfront Pool Villa and got a free upgrade to Grand Beach Front Pool Villa, our jaws hit the floor when first being shown round the room and the view of sea from our bedroom window was perfect for watching sunsets. The service from the staff is outstanding and there’s plenty of food options on the menu both in the restaurant and for in-room dining. We will definitely stay here again if holidaying in Khao Lak again in the future."
