"Exceptional Stay & Incredible Honesty – Highly Recommended! I cannot praise this hotel enough! The rooms are absolutely beautiful, well-maintained, and the price is incredibly affordable for the level of comfort provided. But what truly sets this place apart is the amazing staff. They are not only friendly and welcoming but also astonishingly honest. After checking out, I accidentally left my brand new MacBook Neo in my room. I hadn't even realized it was missing until the hotel contacted me! They immediately informed me about the laptop and even kindly offered to ship it directly to my address. I was so deeply appreciative of their integrity that I decided to return to the hotel to pick it up myself, just so I could thank the team in person. Outstanding service, beautiful rooms, great value, and truly trustworthy staff. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely be staying here again!"

"Suitable budget apartment with very local vibes. Near to a vibrant restaurant street, two large grocery stores and a wonderful lake. Tons of coffee shops around. I had the larger studio with big terrace on the 7th floor. I loved the view and natural light. Couch and coffee table suitable for working. AC worked great even on the hottest days. Great to have in-room washing machine. One-burner stove and kettle were sufficient. Unfortunately, few dishes or cooking stuff; I had to buy plates, pan, cooking knife, spatula etc. Mattress was super thin, almost like a Japanese mat. After stacking 3 comforters on top, bed was workable but not enjoyable. Subpar cleaning, I had to scrub down the bathroom and sink after arrival. Manager is a nice guy, very reasonable. No English spoken but translator was sufficient. This Era aparthotel chain apparently specializes in converting back-alley locations into short-term rental units, many locations all over Hanoi. Note: - the phone numbers on the confirmation email didn't work, so I had no way to contact the hotel before arrival - the higher rooms with balcony get a lot of sunlight early in the morning and the blinds are ineffective; bring a sleep mask - it seems the first floor apartments have windows literally opening up into the garage area, so those will hear every single motorcycle noise - there's a clothes dyer in the garage you can use for 20k per load - There is secure motorcycle parking, free - Elevator works great"

"Quite a dust in room, especially in bedroom around the tv and tv wooden doors on top not touched for long time and drawers in edges too, not a big thing, staff awesome, the receptionist, other staff with very limited English so then end up at the restaurant while on my way to swimming pool, the breakfast is very lovely concept, set up, almost all food great except the pancakes and very strange ham, not edible for European, the danish pastry and croissants were super buttery though 👍👍but in general very nice property, ah and when you try to call hotel, you are transferred to Spanish customer service with no Vietnamese knowledge, so took phone from my gf and used English instead."
