"I wish I could give this hotel a better rating, considering how much the reservation cost. Before we even checked in, we had to deal with the unhelpful and borderline rude staff, which we were unbothered by at the time. However, it ended up factoring into this review after experiencing the rest of our "stay" at Hotel Lesign. We booked the room for 3 days/2 nights and we were not even able to stay in the hotel for a full hour before we left and booked a different hotel. The room was disgusting...

"The property was largely unlike the listing. Rooms and hallways smelled overwhelmingly like cigarette smoke and the air purifier in the room smelled heavily of mildew, making the room smell even worse after turning it on. The strength of both smells was enough to give our group headaches. The headrests of the beds were made of velvet, so you could clearly see the handprints and dragged-down finger lines left by the previous occupants of the room. The remaining evidence of previous occupants'...

"The room was okay, pretty spacious. The hotel was marked as non-smoking, and our room stank of smoke when we came back from a day in the city. We went calmly to the personale, and they didnt care at all, were of no help, and were very childish. The personale was not welcoming or anything at check-in either, and all the different people we met seemed to not care about their job. Location wise it was pretty far from everything (1 - 2,5 hours from main tourist attractions). "
