From the moment I checked in, the customer service was outstanding – the staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. They went the extra mile to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed for both comfort and functionality. I especially appreciated how clean and fresh everything felt after a long day out. The hotel is also in a fantastic location – surrounded by plenty of food options, cafés, and shops, all within easy walking distance. It made getting meals or doing a bit of shopping incredibly convenient. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Sorgente Business Hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place to stay with top-notch service.

This Hotel has a good location it is not only near the Busan airport but also it has new facility and so clean. Its staff can speak not only Korean but also English, Japanese. There are many Korean food restaurants, also convenience store. It is so convenient and I can recommend for everyone.

Good stay. Comfortable room. They offered me a plug adapter which helped a lot. They helped with calling me a cab in the morning and the breakfast looked nice although I didn't get to try it. The room was nice. If I had any complaint it is the bed as hard as a rock. But that may be more common in Asia and appreciated by some. I found the phone hard to use to call down to the front desk as a foreigner trying to use a Korean phone. If foreigners use this hotel for business more translations might be helpful.

아침식사는 소박하고 아주 간단하였지만 나름대로 괜찮았음. 샐러드만 먹을수 있도록 준비해주면 더욱 좋겠음. 객실은 양호하였지만, 욕실이 너무 미끄러워서 아주 위험할 수 있을거 같아 시급히 개선이 필요함. 객실내 책상이 없어 업무때문에 출장 온사람에게는 객실내 작업을 할수 없어서 불편하였음. 하지만 전체적으로는 매우 만족함.

日本語の出来る方もいたり、私の通じない韓国語にも耳を傾けて下さったりスタッフの方は大変親切に接客をして下さいました。ありがとうございました。 部屋も十分広く、風呂トイレが別なのも良かったです。立地は飲食店街なので10時過ぎでもホテルの周りは明るいです。ある意味安心して歩けます。今度利用する時は朝食をプラスしようと思ってます。

金海空港からタクシーで約10分～15分(日本円1100円位)の距離で電車でも来れる。 西面のロッテや釜山のロッテ、国際市場等へのタクシー代は日本円で1100～1300円ほどです。 ホテル周辺は夜の飲食街的な店が多くコンビニは斜め前にあり非常に便利。 ホテル朝食は韓国の朝食が提供されます。苦手な方は徒歩２分の所にロッテリアにキングバーガー、サブウェイのファーストフード店があります。 フロントには日本語対応スタッフがいますし、サービス面はとても良いです。 変換プラグや充電コードの貸し出しもしてくれます。 アメニティは髭剃り、綿棒、くし、ボディシャワータオルなどフロントデスクの横に用意されていて困りません。 室内は浴槽、洗浄機付きトイレがあります。 なぜかバスタオルは１枚しか常備されませんので必要な場合はリクエストしましょう。 ペットボトルの水は２本あり毎日補充してもらえます。 視聴できるTV番組は100以上ありますが日本人向けはNHKのみです。 気になるところはEVホールや廊下通路にエアコン設備がないので夏は暑いです。 総合的には良いホテルでリピートありです。

今回は出張先のホテルとして滞在。部屋も広くのんびりと過ごすことが出来ました。浴槽のお湯を溜めるのに少し時間は掛かりましたが料金以上の快適さがありました。ホテルマンさんがアップグレードしてくれた部屋も快適でした。釜山に行く際はまたここのホテルを利用したいと思います。
