「Would be great if children amenity can be provided, such as toothbrush and in-room slippers.」

「Hotel is old but room is spacious. Close to both JR and Keisei Narita Stations.」

「This is a reasonably priced airport hotel, sadly it is let down by the smokey smell in bedrooms. We stayed here twice and both times the rooms smelt of old cigarette smoke, it was ingrained in the fabric of the rooms.」

「The facilities a bit old fashioned. 」

「Good」

「The hotel appears nice, clean and well maintained from the lobby area. However one section of rooms (garden I believe) is very much run down and in bad condition compared to the rest of the hotel. This wasn’t evident in the photos or explained at any point. Bed was clean, but that’s about the only positive from the experience. Onsen was very nice.」
