Very clean and relaxing spa near the airport. Staff were very nice and welcoming. It can be a little bit challenging understanding the various rules for bathing at first if you dont understand Japanese language/conventions, but they do provide English guides for that

Pick up area is on the first level, outside the arrival gates. It is at 23b, which is next to the big 24. Once you find this the red shuttle is easy to spot. The facility is clean, staff polite, and overall experience pleasant. The capsule stay includes use of the onsen. Only complaint is that the bed is thin so you’re more than likely sleeping on a futon on a hard surface. Just be aware.

This was a great experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The spa/hot springs were amazing. This was a new experience for me and was a very pleasant environment. Will definitely be returning.

This is a great day spa with excellent food and friendly staff. There is nothing else close by. Also not a good hotel experience. You have to check out every day even if staying multiple days. You have to leave from 9-10am each day and are not allowed to access your capsule until 5PM each day.

This is the perfect airport hotel for anyone who needs some serious relaxation after a long flight. It's less of a hotel, and more of a giant onsen that happens to have a capsule hotel on one floor. The pictures of the onsen don't do it justice, it's much larger, maybe 7 pools total and 3 saunas. Clean, safe, and quiet, and the airport shuttle is quick and easy to use. Definitely recommend!

Super convenient and very accessible from Narita airport. The property is well managed and staffs are respectful, helpful and very friendly. Not to mention the hot spring and other facilities here, the space is very clean and relaxing in general.

Amazing site and helpful staff. The onsen was great and soothing. Everything you need for a day or two is on-site. I'll gladly make a return another time.

Great place to stretch and relax!

This was my 3rd stay at Soranoyu. The facility is always nice and clean and amenities and services are updated regularly so that repeated customer won’t get too tired of their services and amenities. After over 10 hour flight in tiny economy seat to sit down, coming here to take a break for mind and body make the trip more enjoyable. I forgot to bring the key to go to the bathroom in a middle of the night, but no stress! There is always a front desk staff who can help you. (Thank you!☺️) This facility has a room for a family, couple and or a small group and also have a family Onsen to reserve ahead.

It was great to have lodging & onsen so close to the airport. I had an overnight layover. This place is very economical and super clean. Three aspects to be aware of: While they have a shuttle bus, there is little information about it online. Once you are there, there are multiple ways they entice you to spend me. Lastly, the bunk room is warm. Would be great for a/c or fan.
