The facilities were spotless and the staff were all very accomodating. Overall, a really nice and quiet place to relax. I love the open air bath the most and keen to come here again when I go back to Japan

It was a good stay for one night. The buffet breakfast and dinner was great. The 2 onsens were also good. Staff was helpful. The beds and pillows could be a little better, but for 1 night, it was ok. Each rooms are ocean facing, so that was great.

リニューアルされてて、部屋もすごく新しく綺麗で、お風呂も展望風呂、1階の風呂共に、脱衣場、ロッカーなど、とても綺麗かつ新しく広かったので、快適でした。リファのドライヤーも嬉しかったです。一つだけリクエストするなら、ブッフェは、お寿司🍣系と、デザートがもう少しあるといいなーと思いました。総合的に大満足でしたので、また来たいです。

忙繁期に伺ったせいでは有りますが、宿泊客は家族連れが多く、また施設も家族連れ対象を想定した食事、対応なので、そうでない場合は不満が残ることになります。また、同じ理由から、廊下、施設内、隣の部屋から子供の声が聞こえてくるため居心地は良くないです。

カップルで利用しました。施設全体的に清掃が行き届いており、食事のヴュッフェもご当地の食材を使用した料理がとても美味しかったです。客室や展望露天風呂から一望できる九十九里の景色も相まってとても素敵な時間を過ごせませした。

客室は清潔で思ったより広かったです。スタッフの方はみなさん親切で感じ良かったです。スタッフに外国人が多かったのが印象的でホテルの姿勢に好感を持ちました。残念だったのは、バスタオルが臭って髪に移り香が残ったことです。

お部屋からの景色、お部屋の広さ、ソファなどの配置が最高で3人とものんびり過ごせました。露天風呂からの景色も最高でした。朝晩のバイキングも種類は豊富でしたし、なによりスタッフさん達が皆さまテキパキされていて親切丁寧、お声がけ下さる言葉も優しく、高齢の母も喜んでいました。また必ず宿泊させて頂きます😊

リワード消化の為、近隣の宿泊先を検索していたところ、利用者のコメントに「レストランスタッフの方々がとても親切で、お料理も美味しかった」との事で、こちらを選びました。その通り、一人旅でしたが、気持ち良く食事をすることが出来ました。千葉の名産を使ったメニューもあり、とても美味しかったです。最上階のお風呂がリニューアル工事中でしたが、1階のスパだけでも充実しました。近場だと「幕張のアパホテル」を利用することが多かったのですが、今後はこちらを利用したいと思います。本当に良かったです。
