"I absolutely loved my stay here! It was easily the best hotel experience I've ever had, from the staff to the room to the on-site restaurants. Everyone was extremely accommodating and quick to help. I have a few food allergies, and the staff took them very seriously. They even walked me around the breakfast buffet to personally point out what to avoid. If you're planning a trip to this area, definitely book here, it was truly top-tier."

"First night in Japan and this hotel did not disappoint! It definitely should be somewhere to stay if you’ve got a later in the day/ night flight into Narita and don’t want to travel very far. Handy with the included shuttle service to/from the airport. Everything from the room itself (had everything required for a decent night sleep and good shower after a flight) and then to have breakfast buffet also the next morning before making our way back to the airport- would definitely stay here again if the scenario repeats itself."
