"Excellent facility of the airport shuttle bus that allowed us to travel to and from the airport, and of course, left and arrived on time. The kombini and drugstore on the bottom floor was a fantastic addition for those last minute necessities and late night meal before the flight. We were really pleased with the size of the room and the facilities available, thank you."

"I stayed at the hotel for one night and arrived late in the evening. The shuttle bus service to and from the airport was very convenient. The staff at the front desk and in the lobby were well-organized and helpful. I dined at the sushi restaurant, and despite a bit of confusion with the hostess at the door, I enjoyed a great meal."

"This was our second stay at MyStays, so we would definitely recommend it, especially for the good price point. We were returning to North America after travelling through Southeast Asia and stopped in Narita for two nights. We rented a car and explored some of the surrounding cities, while other family members used the hotel’s very convenient shuttle to visit Narita (which we did on our first stay). They also had lunch at the hotel and enjoyed the buffet. Having a FamilyMart on-site is a lifesaver. We did have to switch rooms because of an odor in the bathroom, but the process was easy and there were no issues with the second room. Overall, a very convenient and comfortable place to stay in Narita, and we would happily stay here again."
