「先負評的是幫我們拿行李到房間的員工，在沒有樣級情況下，多次將我們的行李箱拉到翻側及撞到路過的地方。我們的行李只是20kg以下及行李箱的四個轆都能正常運作。這員工對待行李非常粗暴！ 另外，酒店前台員工會把信用卡號碼輸入到電腦中，令人感到不安！在餐廳用膳也不會這樣，這種記錄信用卡號碼是非常落後及不當。 Check in時前台員工說我第一張信用卡無效，我給她第二張也信用卡也說無效。在沒有嘗試使用其他信用卡機及詢問我有無其他付款方式前，直接叫我出去ATM提款。要我主動提出叫她用其他信用卡機再試，她一試便成功，最後只是說我的卡沒有問題。 酒店有四個泳池，到酒店餐廳及泳池，playhouse 也很方便。 自助早餐大部分食物放在有冷氣的地方，感覺衛生及食物選擇多。」

「一般旅客到了酒店都是想盡快入check in 進房，但酒店接待員卻拿了一張地圖介紹這裏是什麼哪裏是什麼，有點太早了吧？ 浴室的護理液，例如洗頭水，沖涼液，護髮素用別的儲存方法較用金屬儲存器好，因為如果滑手跌了落腳面或腳趾就肯定會受傷了。」

「It is a nice, small, and cozy place next to the airport. Very convenient for staying a night right after or before a flight. My family stayed a night right after a long flight with a late arrival. The key parameters that hooked us worked out very well. - Next to the airport with a free shuttle. (I guess one of the people working at the hotel also runs a taxi) - No hassles. In a matter of minutes after arriving on the island, we were already lying on a large and soft bed. - The place is clean....
