"Was a really nice stay, great for accessing phuket old town great for the sunday walking market. Just feels slightly weird as after 6 the cafe shuts downstairs so you come in and out through the shut cafe"

"The biggest issue we had was that our children came down with food poisoning and got incredibly sick during our stay. Physically ill all over the room at 2am. Not the hotel's fault and we were ready to clean everything up ourselves. Unfortunately, when we went to the front desk to ask for supplies (paper towels, trash bags, cleaner, etc) to clean up the vomit, we were told no multiple times but the front desk clerk. We resorted to using all the towels in the room and soap from the shower. We...
