A SOLID hotel... Super solid... No where near a beach( that's good) and short 5 minute walk to the super lotus market.. -everything an anything you want - The staff are SENSATIONAL, the rooms awesome, every room and patio has a entrance to the property pool that runs all over.. the water in the pool was perfect temperature and showers.. huge with great water pressure The good- the property is amazing and clean, fantastic staff and layout.. The not so good ...... Beds are hard (ask for a topper), Breakfast is lackluster. But a solid place to stay..i would go back

The hotel is ok. It’s clean, the breakfast was good and nothing went wrong. Definitely did not meet my expectations tho. Not what you’d expect from a 5 star. Our room was very small and poorly designed. It’s like a Mexico resort. A little tacky and fine but nothing memorableS

The animals there look so sad and the tigers are skinny. Do not go to a zoo in Thailand!! Go to a sanctuary where animals are rescued or your heart will break and you’ll never forget it.. a lot of the fish looked like they were dying and just rotting away.
