"Starting with the positives - most of the staff at this hotel are delightful. Really friendly and helpful. We booked a pool access suite for a few nights. We got a lovely welcome at check in with a drink and good explanation of the hotel. We also got a free taxi shuttle to the airport included. The first room we were given was not great. It had a lot of marks on the ceilings, particularly in the bathroom and you could tell things such as damp had just been painted over instead of being dealt with properly. We did not have a smart tv and a lot of the cable channels were unwatchable due to bad reception. We also could not get any hot water in the shower. Our terrace opened up to the pool but was completely exposed for most of the day - no shade at all, which made it unusable in the heat and strong sun. The terrace and steps into the pool were also badly designed. The steps were outside the main room door so to get back to the terrace from the pool you had to walk through the main room. You couldn’t get in and out of the pool onto the terrace. We were given a different room on the second day which was much better - we had shade and this one had a smart tv with Netflix etc. The pool itself is tired and in need of maintenance. It also needs a filter. It’s full of dead bugs - wasps, flies, moths and filthy. Not a relaxing swim. Breakfast was sub par for a hotel claiming to be 4 stars. Definitely not worth the extra charges. "

"This hotel is such a hidden gem! We stayed here for only a night for an early morning flight, but I actually found myself wishing I stayed longer! The property is so pretty! The lobby is gorgeous & has a very relaxing vibe to it. And upon arrival, the staff came rushing out to greet us with a smile & help us with our bags. What a nice welcome with great customer service. The process to check in took maybe 2 minutes max—super efficient & quick! I also loved their 24/7 coffee & tea station in the lobby. It made for fresh coffee early in the morning before they took us to the airport. The shuttle was FREE, which another delight. I will most certainly come back to the Phuket Airport Hotel in my future visits to Phuket."

"Beautiful hotel , clean , the Air conditioning work great , we didn't eat the breakfast but we ate at the restaurant after 11am the food was amazing. I totally recomend this place "

"This place was great really nice clean well maintained very supportive and friendly staff the location is a deal if you don't want to have to worry about driving around and just walking around. I came down to escape the smoke in the North for a week I was able to walk to things that I wanted to go to the next time over is only about a 30 minute walk which is easy enough but you can also rent bicycles to get over I will say the beach that is right there is a beach you need to pay to get into unless you go early in the morning or after 4:30 something that might be useful to know if you are trying to enjoy the beach everyday it does get a little pricey"
