Pretty good stay with a good price

As a hotel in Japan, everything is clean. You don't need to worry about unconfortable stay. Only a few points that I didn't like were a noisy refrigerator on your bed side and in-room wifi with a limited service for only Soft-bank users.

初めて3日間滞在

家族が入院手術の為、3日間お世話になりました。愛知県ガンセンターとの往復でわかりやすい道で車で10分以内はありがたいです。コロナが続いてる今、名古屋駅等人が密集する場所に近寄りたくないので、とでも助かりました。 病院に通うせいなのか、ソファのシミを気にしてしまいコメをしたところ、その日のうちに対応して下さいました。建物は年代を感じますが、お掃除は丁寧だと思います。 またお世話になりたいと思います。

門限があります。 夜12時以降は、玄関を閉めてしまうので、知らないとびっくりします。 インターホンで開けてくれるように頼むと、人が出てきて開けてくれます。

病院入院に同行したものですが、最後の日が満室で、ちがうホテルを取らなくてはならなかったのが残念でした！部屋に余裕の広さがあり、ベットの柔らかさもちょうど良く、コーヒー、お茶の用意も、アメニティーも派手ではないけれども、揃っていて、快適でした！

ベッドカバーのニオイ（加齢臭）が気になりました。 あと、排水口から他の部屋で水を流した時の音が響いてきたことやエアコンの音が気になりました。

とても、満足しています。　ただ一つ言わせて頂くと、チェックインが4時でしたので、荷物は預かって頂いたのですが、もう少し早いと良いなあと思いました。　　でも、お部屋も広くてきれいでしたし、アメニティも充実していました。　すぐ近くにJRの駅もあり、便利でした。　ホテルの回りも、うるさくなく、適度に賑やかでした。　　朝食のバイキングも、とても美味しかったてす。　また、利用させて頂きたいと思います。

セミダブルベッドで寛げました。ベッドにもなりそうなソファー、ユニットバスとは別に洗面台も有ったので、繁忙期には二人部屋になるのかなと思える広さでした。（綿棒が無かったです。）

small run down room in poor condition....like what you would find in an old roadside motel. One, tiny, thin towel in bathroom. One small pillow on old bed. Very small bathroom I could barely get into.

雨天のせいかお部屋のテレビがコマとびで殆ど見れませんでした。残念。５Fに水素水が有ったりフロントのアメニティの品質が良かったり概ね満足です。レストランのお食事も美味しかったです。

エクスペディアで予約したのに、予約の名前が違っていて、チェックインに時間がかかりました。対応してくれたスタッフの対応が悪く、不愉快でした。 他のスタッフはよかったです。 施設は必要なものは整っていました。立地もよかったです。 コーヒーメーカーの中に水が溜まったままになっていて、洗われていませんでした。洗って使いましたが、いいものを置いてあるのに残念でした。
